Christmas Tree Festival 2019 (Nov 29th-1st Dec-see opening times below)

St Conan’s Kirk will be filled (and we mean FILLED!), with all sorts of trees, decorated in amazingly imaginative ways, all lit with fairy lights.  The Kirk’s atmospheric quirky setting is quite unique and with all those decorated trees, is truly magical. A real cross-section of the Community gets involved to have fun and showcase the many aspects of life here.  Trees are contributed by individuals, businesses, organisations and local groups.  Visitors are asked to vote for your favourite tree.…

Church Service

December 1, 2019 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

All are welcome to attend this Church Service held on the first Sunday in Advent. The Service will be followed by hot drinks and home baking to be enjoyed in the special setting of the Community's wonderful Christmas Tree Festival. The Festival will be open to all visitors from 11.30am: prior to this access will only be for those attending the Service.

  Our annual spring cleaning of the kirk. Each year a team of willing volunteers get the kirk into condition for our visitors by... clearing leaves. cut back lots of overgrown shrubs. clean windows. clear paths of moss and debris. some other planned small projects/repairs. and generally make everything better.   The amount we achieve depends on how many people come along!   More info to follow.
