We had a really interesting morning with children from Dalmally and Taynuit Primaries: “Meeting the Past” involved groups listening to local legends with Donald Smith, singing traditional songs in the library with Sheila Sinclair, hearing fascinating tales of local farming times gone by with Sybil MacPherson and making celtic masks with Val Leckie.

In September, again with input from Fiona, we organised a similar event, this time for adults who had grown up in the area around the 1950s. Sybil and Sheila were again brilliant participants. This too was fascinating and much enjoyed.
