About

St Conan’s Kirk is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Argyll and is a Category A listed building. It is a special building and the story of it’s builder is a testament to human endeavour.

As well as drawing many of thousands of visitors each year, the Church of Scotland hold a service in the Kirk once a month. Check this website for dates.  The kirk is also supported by The friends of St Conan’s Kirk who organise a program of events each year including music, theatre and more.

Find out more about the church itself by visiting us or learn about its location, who built it and why, more about its unique architecture or about the Saint it is named after.
